Maybe establishing a “proof of concept” for policymakers while doing 6 promotional activities that highlight specific proof of concept sites.
Farm to school challenges, Great Louisiana Satsuma Peel, Coloring contest,
Familiarize teachers with products and picking fruit/veggies and taste test
